ACL hamstring autograph complete!
Yesterday was a bit tough. I severed my ACL playing basketball with colleagues in late May and had to wait a month for the swelling to go down. Then, yesterday, the doctor took a piece of my hamstring and used it to reconnect my knee where the ACL had been, drilling holes in the femur and tibia. It was a fairly rough day yesterday, but today is not bad. I can move my knee again, and I can walk around a bit. There is still considerable swelling but little pain.
Thank you to Dr. Karas and his team for doing an excellent job!
